I went there this morning to get my driver's license. The lady at reception was very friendly, and the helpful clerk also helped me with clear explanations and a smooth process.

Ridiculous... you are pressured to arrange something with the municipality within 14 days, mandatory, but online you can't find an appointment within these 14 days, or you are another 2 weeks too late. When you call, a recorded message just plays and the phone just hangs up?! I have been trying to get in touch for 2 days now and every time I get this same recorded message saying 'everyone is currently busy'.... 2 days in a row at different times? Yeah, right, tell that to someone else!
