  Received absolutely no service or friendliness on the line from a useless employee. I had to apply for a signage permit; I have never done this in my life and I have no idea how to carry out this procedure correctly. A very young girl on the line kept directing me to a municipal website with a frustrated voice as if I was asking too much of her, so I should just figure it out myself. So, it is no longer any use calling the municipality to ask for some help from the employees who get paid to help people with civil matters, because you just have to figure it out yourself, but don't forget to pay municipal taxes on time, okay! Scandalous service on the line!

  Making an appointment a week in advance, still not getting seen on time. You also can't check in 10 minutes before your appointment, but they can make you wait much longer. What is the point of such an appointment system then? Friendly staff, though.

  Today, 14/11/2023, appointment with the Civil Registry regarding concession renewal. Explanation and understanding via email were perfect. At the appointment itself, I was assisted very kindly and correctly; I cannot add a single negative comment. Congratulations.

  I applied for a new PIN code on my passport in January AND I still haven't received it, even though I paid when I applied and they are still sending me a payment letter? and it is already the end of April and the PIN code on my card is still not there and even though I paid when I submitted the application and they sent me a letter to pay again and they told me within a few weeks and it took several months🤥
