Our experience has only been pleasant with every appointment. Nancy is always helpful and gives her full attention to your appointment and goes above and beyond to explain things so that you know everything step by step. The reception ladies are also wonderful. Always friendly and happy to assist you. We as a family are proud to be part of this community and we are grateful for these ladies that always makes our experience great and have guided as along the way the past few months.

It is a pity that you collect household waste every 14 days. In other cities, does this happen every other week? Rats and mice are breeding. We notice several rats in our garden, though, and ants thriving in our garage because of PMD. So here is your policy, because let's be honest, household waste collection costs a fortune, so aren't you surprised there is litter everywhere? You reap what you sow. No mercy.

Upon entering the reception area, there was a lady standing there who had come to collect her passport, as far as I could tell from the conversation. She needed a copy, or a similar document, to collect her passport. However, she had visited several times before, and there were always problems stemming from the town hall. The woman stated that she had been in telephone contact with the services, but she was not told this. She did not have a car; walking to her house took 25 minutes (one way). The woman was of Polish descent. Just to give an idea of the situation that occurred, it was apparently necessary for the reception staff to laugh at the woman upon her departure and mock her origin. I call this appalling; a mother of two children who probably works very hard—she spoke perfect Dutch, by the way. Dear Staff of the Municipality of Buggenhout, top-notch! Not to mention your service. If I could, I would certainly give 0 STARS!!

Then you have an appointment and they refuse to help you because their hours are up... Scandalous!!
