This is by far the worst city hall I have ever dealt with. The employees seem to do everything they can to make your life as difficult as possible. Instead of helping, they are rude, unprofessional, and completely unwilling to solve even simple problems. Every visit feels like a waste of time because they constantly send you from one person to another without any real assistance. If you need anything from this city hall, be prepared for long delays, poor communication, and an incredibly frustrating experience. Public services should exist to help citizens, not make their lives miserable. This place seriously needs better management and staff training.

It is more than a Gemeentehuis. Nice place to walk around in the nature. Calm and serene location

In the municipality of Roosbeek at the Mozaïek school. At De Valkenberg, anyone without a disabled parking permit is allowed to park to their heart's content in the disabled parking space! I have notified the police multiple times. They stood next to the disabled parking space twice in uniform. Naturally, no one parks there then. It would be better to stand a bit further away or in plain clothes. Then, within 15 minutes, there are at least 6 cars parked there that are not allowed to be there, between 08:25 and 08:50! I find it particularly sad that genuinely disabled people cannot park in this spot because other cars are parked there that are not allowed to be there. The enforcement is quite lax!

I don't come here often, but the few times I have been here, I have always been helped politely and well. Glad that this is our town hall; both the people and the building are top-notch. Thank you.
