  I am waiting for my ID card 5 months. Finally I got an email which is told that I should come today at 14.45 and when I came it was closed and no one was there.

  I have been there recently to confirm my address registration on my Identity Card. Without asking any questions, the clerk wanted to send me away, because according to her, I had made the wrong appointment. She reached that incorrect conclusion based on my Dutch accent without wanting to look at my file on her computer. The only wrong thing here is her incompetent and disapproving attitude. The other time, I was at the counter with a letter that had been sent to me, the former tenant, by the Municipality itself. The employee at the counter refused to accept the letter and wanted me to take it to the Post Office. After a long, fruitless discussion, another clerk came along who accepted the letter after all.
