Very helpful and friendly, they offer advice and tips on your questions and refer you to the right services so you don't have to go in circles. Even when you have an appointment with the mayor, he takes the time to listen and takes the necessary steps. Very satisfied, and a big compliment to all the municipal employees and civil servants.
