Dear Municipality of Blankenberge, I wish to express my dissatisfaction regarding the recent change in waste collection from bags to containers. There is no space in our building to place containers. Due to this decision, we are forced to place the waste in the entrance hall, which causes nuisance, unpleasant odors, and hygiene problems. This change causes additional stress and difficulties for the residents, without a practical solution being offered for buildings where there is no space for containers. I request the municipality to reconsider this decision or to provide an alternative for apartment buildings without space for containers. Sincerely
A beautiful town hall, especially the interior, with many paintings from the past and present. Artworks and sculptures by many different artists. There is also a replica of the scute and a replica of an old bathing cart,...a gigantic painting by Leon Engelen and other artworks, most of which were restored by my art studio Kerat from Wervik.

Blankenberge City Hall is located near the train station; parking is easy with a 1-hour parking disc from Monday to Friday.
