  I am very satisfied with this clinic, the girls at the reception were very perfect and even though I didn't know French, they helped me.. I had a gynecological visit three days ago and Dr. Kim da UNG was wonderful, even though it's only the third day, I feel cured 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻thank you

  Based on my personal experience, I was disappointed by the way appointments were handled at this clinic. On 5 November, I had a scheduled appointment for which I had taken time off work. The doctor was not present, and I did not receive any prior notification or follow-up explanation. As a result, the appointment did not take place and the time set aside for it was lost. Subsequently, I was charged 20 euros for a missed appointment on 13 November, with the explanation that a missed appointment represents a lost opportunity for another patient. I understand this rationale. However, from my perspective, it felt unbalanced given that, in my earlier experience, the consequences of a doctor not attending an appointment were borne entirely by me as a patient. This review reflects my own experience and perception of the clinic’s appointment management. While I will settle the requested fee, I have decided not to use this clinic again, and I would encourage others to consider this aspect when choosing a healthcare provider. Update: After posting this review, the clinic reimbursed me the amount. I appreciate that they addressed the issue and processed the refund.

  The people that work there are one of a kind. It’s been a while since I’ve seen such involvement in a clinic. Everyone here is very professional and dedicated to their work. They were all very supportive too ! I really recommend it to everyone

  Not necessary good doctors, difficult to obtain appointments. Bad experience: 1) I was there many times already until I found a good family doctor in other place. The specialist which checked my son several times didn’t notice obvious problems with his legs, even when I pointed out (the doctor we fount at another place could see it straight away). 2) The gynecologist didn’t want to have a look at me because I didn’t mention precisely what bothers me and said that I just want to have a regular check as didn’t have one quite a long time. 3) When my son had temperature and sore throat, they couldn’t find anyone to have a look within 2 days. And it was just recently. The same story was at the beginning of the pandemic and they refused to give appointment to my husband because they where afraid of Covid. Good points: There are some good specialists there (but you have to be lucky to reach them). Particularly professional seemed to be the kiné. Once they helped by giving consultation by phone and sending Covid test prescription and attestation of absence by email
