  I booked a medical imaging appointment after my specialist advised me to undergo a specific examination. I scheduled the first available slot with a recommended doctor, in the middle of my workday, and reorganized my meetings and responsibilities to attend. Unfortunately, the day after booking, my appointment was cancelled and moved to the next day at 11:00. Even though this caused significant inconvenience at work, I rearranged everything again. This morning, however, I received an automatic cancellation for an appointment with a doctor whose name I had never even seen before. Later, I received an email stating that the doctor had cancelled because they do not perform the examination I needed. Indeed, their expertise is in a different type of imaging. At no point was I informed that not only the time of my appointment had changed, but also the doctor. Had the doctor not cancelled, I would have discovered this only upon arrival — which I find unacceptable, especially when choosing the right specialist is essential. When I asked why another doctor had been assigned to me without my consent, I received no explanation and no apology. I was then offered yet another appointment the following week with yet another practitioner. At that point, I decided to cancel entirely — it is clear that I cannot rely on this place to take patients seriously. I am sharing this review because when someone is concerned about a potential health issue, the last thing they need is to waste time on constantly rescheduled appointments and a lack of transparency. This examination could have already been completed in a more reliable and professional medical center.

  I had the pleasure to have an appointment with Dr. Shake Bakhshyan - amazing doctor, the professional and what is more important she speaks English and Russian, plus can receive kids from the age of 3, which is far more convenient for the expats with kids.

  Everything was organized in a timely and efficient manner. I made the appointment yesterday and got a visit scheduled today. The staff was great, the doctor was amazing and all my needs were addressed. They provide services in a variety of languages, English, French, Dutch, Armenian, Arabic, Russian. Rest assured, your needs will be met with utmost care and support.

  Unprofessional and disrespectful of people’s time. First they change the time of your appointment at the very last minute without prior consultation. After rushing to try to make the earlier appointment I arrive (on time!) to find out that doctor has already left. Absolute waste of time.
