The nurse is very good. I went for a blood test and I did not even feel the pic of the needle. She is very kind and make you feel at ease. Thank you

My consultation with Dr. Verheven was very disappointing. I felt judged on several occasions, with unsolicited advice and rather intrusive personal remarks, even though the doctor didn't know me; it was our first appointment. For example, she told me I was "reeking of stress" and that I was "lost," without knowing everything I've put in place in my life. For a vulnerable person, this kind of talk can be a real shock and even make things worse. I don't think she meant to be unkind; her approach was probably well-intentioned, but it just doesn't work for me. On a technical level, however, I should mention that she was very respectful during the procedures and didn't hurt me at all; I barely felt a thing.

Blood test about two weeks ago: kudos to Vianne who managed to draw blood from my very fine veins without any trouble! My husband and I thank her for her kindness.

Viane is amazing! I came in for a blood test and I didn't feel a thing thanks to her humor and kindness. I had a very funny time despite the situation. You can go there without hesitation!
