Terrible customer support for dermatologist department. I called over the phone to take the appointment and the lady was extremely rude not willing to repeat the details and she spoke in a low voice unwilling to tell the details the second time. It's an hospital and we as patients deserve some respect. I would not even give a 1 star rating. Shame

Bad expirience with all the erasmme staff , they are jong students without medical expirience, I was treated by Eduard malengrez for a orbital fracture , they dont know what they are doing , mayby I should get a lawer , if you have problems you should go to. Delta hospital there you have professionale staff

I little bit difficult to understand the way they organized the local. But when you get it. It's really easy. 1/ Confirm appointment with the machine at the entrance. 2/ In your ticket it'll show you which route to take. 3/ When you are at your route. You confirm your presence with your ticket. 4/ Then you wait. (Normally when you confirm your presence they know that you're there/present.).

This hospital is doing steps to the future. You enter, you pass your card to a machine, confirm your appointment and done.
