Someone else booked my appointment with Dr. Lowy. When I read the reviews I was a bit sceptical… The receptionist was very nice and Dr. Lowy was even nicer. I had three subjects I wanted to talk about and she calmly went over every single one of them and explained everything. Very pleasant experience. As it should be 🙂
One of the best dermatologists in belgium. Does what asked and beyond. I’m a former client of Dr. Boris Zacks Beverly Hills. Would absolutely recommend. She can be a bit to the point and direct, but quality is 100%. Absolutely recommended.

I should have read the reviews before spending so much of money for a 5 min consultation. I don’t recommend this Dr nor Cabinet at all. The entire negative reviews are accurate. I went to this clinic after a sudden hair loss. I did a blood test a week before of my consultation in order to find out what the cause of my hair loss would be. She didn’t even looked at my hair nor at the blood result. Instead she prescribed me a very strong medicine for a 2 months treatment which did not work at all and caused more hair loss unfortunately. Desperately, I went for another consultation to ask her questions yet my 3 min consultation time was over and I was directed to the door with another prescription of PRP in my hand which meant 350€/ one session. I immediately addressed her feedback to two other doctors and as soon as they checked my blood test, they asked me to stop her strong medications immediately since my problem of hair loss was due to a hormonal imbalance and nothing else. I spent about 495€ for her useless consultation fees and terrible prescriptions and I am now informed that my blood test had already indicated the main issue which was ignored by Dr. Lowy. The receptionist is another pain. Very very very unfriendly and Rude!

To avoid. Very rude treatment from the receptionist and suboptimal treatment from the Dr. I had an appointment for a small procedure a few weeks back, that unfortunately did not go well and had to be re-done (as what had to be removed wasn't, and it hurt). I just called to get an appointment to re-do the procedure, and was asked to wait for weeks for an appointment (even though it was to fix the job not properly done). When I pay EUR 130, I expect a better treatment and more availability to fix mistakes.

Profoundly uncomfortable and distraught after my consultation. Right as I was taking my clothes off she looked at my keffiyeh and said “Your keffiyeh— to me they’re Nazis”. Astonishingly unprofessional to comment on patients’ political views right before a sensitive consultation. She then opened the door and in front of the waiting room said “Please don’t wear that next time you come, because they’re Nazis.” I am Jewish and have family who died in the Holocaust. She has no right to comment on my keffiyeh regardless, but especially in the circumstances this disgusted and offended me. I cried in the car for 20 minutes and didn’t take in anything she told me.
