  • Always had very good service. Thank you ! My family is mixed with non EU citizen and we were always very well welcomed. This commune is a true world open administration. Having lived in other close place I can relate that Woluwe St Pierre is the best.

I accompanied my boss, who can't speak French, to his commune to help him change his driver's license. I, who speak French, kindly asked a haughty staff if she can kindly speak English. She replied back to me, saying "but you speak good French." oh well I was flattered, but when I explained to her later it was my boss who wanted to exchange the driver's license and he could not understand French, she told me: But this is Belgium, you should just speak French...ok I respected that, so I continued speaking with her in French, and when she asked me about my boss' address, I told her it is printed on his ID card, I thought it would be easier just to look at the address on ID card than me as a foreigner to pronounce maybe the address in wrong French accent to a native French speaker, but she said in a mocking way, so your boss doesn't know his address??....well this is rude and not respectful at all..and to us it feels even more like a racism. I thought there are many diplomats working or living in the commune Woluwe-Saint-Pierre. Is this the right or normal attitude for a Belgian government worker to behave like that.....?

I’ve been at the commune three or four times in the past year, and I’ve always had a very good experience. Employees are super nice, very gentle, helpful and most of them speak English. Thank you very much for your amazing work!

Very nice WSP Municipality where you grab fast every kind of paper 📃 that you need, or ID card and Passport. Even you can get these papers from your computer at your house with" Electronic Guichet" .
