Foreigner window works terribly bad. Even if you came before the opening, there is already 20 tickets distributed. And with only 1 window available the service is extremely long. After 1 hour waiting there is still half of the people waiting that was here before the opening. In other communes you can go to the service population for everything. Here for a simple change of legal cohabitation I need to go to the foreigners one. The afternoon is only for people with appointments, but the appointments are always taken for at least 3 weeks. So there is only 8h to 12h really available for foreigners, which to people working is not feasible. I feel that the commune is discriminating a big part of the population. At least the staff is nice and friendly, it is not their fault how bad is the commune working.

The best municipal office I experienced. Staff is very kind; everything is done without a problem and fast; it is open often without need to make an appointment.

Parking on the Etterbeek side of a street but was fined by Woluwe-Saint-Lambert. Written contestation via email for three times and got no reply at all. Verbal contestation is not accepted. Your staff at the call was very very arrogant and not helpful at all. TELL ME, how to safeguard residents’ rights?

In general, I love this commune hall and the staff in the foreigners service - they are always helpful, kind and speak English. Only today morning, probably because there were a lot of people and 3 windows were serving the foreigners, there was one staff member - a European man - with whom my communication didn’t go very pleasant. He didn’t say anything rude per se, but he was not really kind as other staff members that I have seen before.
