  I have honestly never had a better or friendlier experience at a government office. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is none of the usual stress of getting paperwork done. Smiles all around.

  lived in three neighborhoods in Brussels, by far the best commune in Brussels, people are very decent and helpful, there is never any queue you finish your papers usually in 5 minutes and they speak English in the foreigners department
