Subject: Complaint: Speeding, Noise, and Vehicle Damage Dear Sir/Madam, As a taxpayer, I am writing to report an intolerable situation in our neighborhood. We are subjected daily to extreme noise pollution and dangerous speeding, without any response from the authorities. Furthermore, trucks are dropping gravel onto the road. This gravel is being kicked up by cars and is damaging our windshields. I request that the police intervene and that the municipality take urgent safety measures. If I do not receive action from you, I will forward this matter to Testachats (a Belgian consumer organization). Sincerely.

It's only open on weekdays during office hours and every other Saturday from 9 am to 12 pm. It's complicated to deal with the town hall when you work far away. Opening until 6:30 pm or 7 pm one or two days a month would be very welcome.
