The municipal staff were really kind and patient. The toilets were easily accessible. The premises were very clean and well-maintained.

The staff are always friendly and helpful. Punctuality is generally respected. However, they, like all citizens, deserve at least a decent parking lot. There are vacant lots in better condition.

Having dealt with other municipal administrations, I must say that the one in Thuin is the most pleasant. The reception is welcoming, and the staff are competent and helpful. You're far from being just a number. The service is quick, and it's easy to obtain administrative documents online or by email.

Access is fairly easy for disabled people, but what about wheelchairs inside? Make an appointment.
