I would like to emphasize the excellent service provided by the Sombreffe municipal administration. In the few months since I have been dealing with this municipality, I have been impressed by the efficiency, speed of processing, and availability of the staff. The procedures are clear, the responses are prompt, and the follow-up is truly professional. It is, by far, the best administrative experience I have had to date, especially compared to other municipalities. A big thank you to the staff for their dedication, responsiveness, and commitment to public service.

The person who answers the phone at reception has a warm and energetic voice. She is extremely helpful. The staff in the urban planning department are also very helpful. Thank you to them all.

We came this morning between 11 am and 12 pm to complain about the potholes in front of my house. We were treated like dirt, except for one person who came to talk, but the other ran away. It's becoming unpleasant to go to the town hall; it's better to avoid it than to go. My advice: never go there to file a complaint; you'll be treated like dirt.
