Waste a whole day to get there and these people basically refused to work. Stereotype comic book like administration.

Today I called to inquire about a payment reminder for municipal taxes. I was initially answered by a very polite young woman who directed me to the correct department 😊. (2 stars thanks to her). However, once I reached the finance department, I was met with an appalling man who spoke to me as if he were the king, as if my call was bothering him! The town hall is practically never open; it seems like nobody works there. It's a complete void, a void. Just go to the town of Ans to see the enormous difference in the quality of service and the reception!!!! I won't even say more; this town is utterly repugnant!!!!

I called today for a simple inquiry. The woman on the phone answered with a simple "yes," not even a hello. Then, I could tell from her tone of voice that I was bothering her. I asked her, "Am I bothering you?" She replied, "No, but I'm not feeling well, ma'am." Okay. We all have our problems, but when you work in a municipal administration and answer phone calls, you need to be a bit more proactive and keep your own problems to yourself! They shouldn't interfere with your calls!

No welcome whatsoever. The service was beyond rude and condescending in every situation. The gentleman in the office next to me was literally being scolded by one of the employees who told him he wasn't saying "anything interesting" and that "it wasn't her job to listen to him." Meanwhile, I had to deal with a woman who became irritated as soon as I didn't do everything she said immediately. The staff needs to be reviewed, and above all, their attitude needs to be corrected. Sincerely.

Terrible town, terrible service. You absolutely have to be a pensioner to be able to use the social taxi. It's a disgrace to Belgium, especially for those with a disability!
