This is at least nine times I've called for information and I always get the answering machine. I'm calling during opening hours, so I'm a bit disappointed. Otherwise, when you go there in person, it's true that the staff are very pleasant. What about people who work?

Always very pleasantly received by the staff of the Rumes Municipal Administration, smiling and attentive.

It's a small town that saw a staff turnover a few years ago, much to the delight of many residents. Everyone there is polite, helpful, and always ready to lend a hand.
