The woman with the dark hair is truly unpleasant. This is a service provided to the community, and we don't deserve to be treated as if our visit is a nuisance. This isn't the first time this woman has been rude. You should address this issue or hire people who actually want to work.

Service hours for the unemployed and Saturday morning service have just disappeared! What about the MAJORITY (social workers and students) crammed into a single window?! The administration is expanding into additional buildings and is scaling back its operations with fewer and fewer hours. HOURS INFORMED: Monday........ 8:00 – 15:30 Tuesday........ 8:00 – 19:00

Three elderly ladies sitting on a chain; you have to shout for them to understand your request. Always the feeling of being a bother, unhelpful, no smiles, lack of knowledge of new procedures, and so on. I eagerly await their retirement and the replacement of younger, more dynamic, smiling, and helpful staff. If this is the kind of welcome you get, you shouldn't work in a social service setting :)

The reception wasn't very pleasant, the place is a bit outdated, and the staff were unpleasant, even aggressive. They're a bit behind in some areas; they need to catch up. A small plus for the Tuesday office hours.
