Too bad I can't give zero stars!! No citizen will ever be right, we're all liars, we just have one thing to do: shut up and pay up!!! They'll always be right and the law will always be on their side!!!!

It would be nice if someone answered the phone; it's normally open, but there's a short message on the answering machine.
