The reception from the employee this Saturday was anything but warm... I immediately told her I was there to pick up a provisional license. When she saw that a document wasn't filled out, she became incredibly aggressive. She then sent us to Boncelles to have our ID photos taken and to come back later... Upon our return, her colleague took care of us and told us to come back the following week, once the license had been processed. Surprised, I said nothing, knowing that the email I'd received the previous week specified that I should come and collect the license within 4 business days, which was the reason for my visit! Leaving the building, I reread the email and decided to go back to the office to get an explanation... Taken aback, the two employees told me: "You didn't tell me it was to pick up a license!" Yes, Madam, that's what I started with! But your aggression got the better of me. You didn't listen to what I told you! So, a round trip to Boncelles, €12 for the photos, and all for nothing because if she had done her job properly from the start, we wouldn't be in this mess! The license was right there in a folder behind her!!! Next time, for the sake of others, it would be helpful to ask if it's an online order before putting on a show!!! What's disturbing here is the attitude, the tone, and the arrogance of the employees! Unfortunately, this isn't going to improve the image of government offices. Let's remember that this is a public service meant for the people... It's already difficult enough to get there during opening hours without having to take time off work! A regrettable experience!!

Old building 😉 Too crowded, wait outside. But we rarely go there anyway.
