I needed an official document, which I initially requested by phone. A very helpful and charming woman answered the phone and prepared the document. She invited me to come and pick it up promptly. Once there, I realized I had never met this woman before (I don't come to the administration every month :-)). Having worked there for a year and a half (I asked her), I find her incredibly pleasant, cheerful, proactive, and professional. I wanted to mention it. It's wonderful to live in this region. Thank you, madam! Best of luck!
