If you are of foreign origin and you go to reception, you might find some of the staff a bit cold. To date, Nicolas is one of the only people I've seen adopt a truly neutral and professional tone with everyone! I wanted to emphasize this! I'm very happy to live in Mont-Saint-Guibert, a generally pleasant town, but I'm nonetheless disappointed to see that some behaviors give the impression that people aren't always open-minded. I've also noticed that although the service is supposed to start at 8:30 a.m., the setup and preparation sometimes take longer, which can be frustrating for those already at reception. Mont-Saint-Guibert remains a pleasant place to live, but some attitudes really need to improve to offer a warmer and more professional welcome to everyone.

I went to the population services department this morning, October 16, 2023, regarding a problem with my ID card PIN code. I was greeted by a very kind and competent woman (with shoulder-length blonde hair). A true public service serving the public. Thank you very much, Madam, for your professionalism.

The worst municipality in Belgium. We're dealing with civil servants who forget to think before they act. A disgrace to our country!
