Appointments are not honored, you still wait for 30-40 minutes. Additionally you have to make an appointment 1 month in advance if not belgium citizen.

They also never answer e-mails. Two stars because although not professional, employees there are very friendly. If you finally get the meeting, you will get what you came for in a nice atmosphere.

Incompetent! I've lived in Mons for a month, and I applied for my address on the first day. I gave my availability to the agent, who then processed the address application in my neighborhood. The city sends agents to my house and then never comes back. But the third time, they were forced to come when I was home at the agreed time. In short, I'm fed up with this municipality. And on top of that, they're always closed.
