The welcome was impeccable. I dropped off a framed picture that my great-grandfather had received during the First World War when he was a local councilor, and I am very grateful to the people who welcomed me with such simplicity and kindness. A very big thank you again.

The staff are very welcoming and efficient. All requested documents were received promptly. I received an answer to every question I had, whether by phone or email. The Saturday morning opening hours, as well as the website and its directory, are very convenient. The wait time, when there is one, is about ten minutes.

All the staff are competent, friendly, and polite. They treat the children with understanding and are very attentive to detail.

Access to the town hall's function room is complicated; the elevator has been out of service for several months 😏, leaving no other option than to bring the equipment up the three flights of stairs... 💪😓😤 Access to the hall for people with reduced mobility is also a problem ☹

The staff were quick, friendly, efficient, and dynamic. This contrasts sharply with the image one sometimes has of public administration. Thank you!
