We submitted a building permit application. The staff is always attentive and answers our questions as best they can. Ms. Ducas and Ms. Dohet, who are in charge of our project, are very professional and always take the time to explain the different stages to us. Being new to this field, it's very reassuring to have people like them on the phone to answer any questions. Dominique Lesuisse

I called the Lasne town hall to retrieve a document and spoke to a very unfriendly person (it was 9:30 in the morning). The person who then received me wasn't any friendlier. Could you please assign more welcoming and friendly staff to the Population Services department? It's not very pleasant to visit our town hall, and it wouldn't cost anything to be more pleasant.
