It is very difficult to reach anyone by phone. After several attempts, when someone finally answers, the call is transferred to another department and then disconnected without any further response. This situation wastes a great deal of citizens' time. It would be highly desirable to improve telephone reception and allow people to get an answer or be properly directed without the call being interrupted.

Closed 2 days a week + closed after 4:45 PM? How are working people supposed to manage? And what about when classes finish at 6 PM? I find this unacceptable. They don't accept Apple Pay either; it feels like we're back in 2015! Sometimes only one window is open even though the line is long.

I had to go to the town hall twice in a row and I was greeted with a smile each time by the two ladies at reception who directed me to the right department and the attendant was also nice.

The town hall closed at 4 PM, even though it was advertised as being open until 4:45 PM. A sheet of paper was stuck to the door to indicate the change in hours. Unacceptable. No information was posted on the website or Facebook page. Nowhere! I went by on Wednesday and no one informed me of this change. This town hall is becoming increasingly detached from its citizens and their realities, especially for those of us with families to support.
