Staff here is way nicer than 1000 commune, I used to live in past, I got my ID updated after Job change in a week, it was super fast, I could speak my Broken Dutch also well.

Mr Daniel, who was really kind and patient, helped me a lot. He talked in English, despite normally I have to come with French or Dutch speaker and I didn’t. Give him more salary.

Friendly staff, processing requests efficiently. no appointment needed, average waiting time 60-90 minutes, sometimes even less, depending on the persons in line ahead of you

the staff(mostly) at jette commune they speak English but the staff don't want to speak it. if you don't speak Dutch or French, they don't give you service unless you take a translator.. other commune(Etterbeek, 1000 etc.. they are friendly and also speak english and if the person that calls your turn doesn't speak English they look for one that does.. excellent service on the other communes. 👏
