  • Difficult to find the entrance if it's your first time coming to Population center - it's a long corridor on the left side, surrounded by construction site. Also, almost no one spoke English or Dutch out of 5 people I had to talk to in there. Didn't expect that in a government institution, especially when Dutch is one of the official languages... But at least they got good organisation and all security measures in order during corona time - people taking care of the queue were nice and polite.

Its nice place. But when i went was night and so foogy Cant see anything clearly, Buth what ever i have i shears with all of you .

  • Why do we pay 50% taxes when the service is this awful? The opening hours are a joke. The office is closed all the time, there is no way to go there except for one evening per week, when you wait 1 hour because everybody goes there. The people are very unhelpful, they do not inform you about requirements which means you have to come again. I had to go there 4 times!!

It was okay but just something to give you an idea about how long you’re going to be there: the building and reception open around 8.15, you can get a ticket but they only start dealing with people at 8.30. Otherwise things went quickly.

All, ALL the French speakers behind the counters are so racist and talk with such arrogance. Don’t understand how they are so ignorant to the fact that we pay for their salary. Rules are different for non-Europeans, for Belgians, no appointments needed and they themselves apologise for not speaking any other language than French. But for non-Europeans their whole body language changes. Just wish them good health and a better life to not have so much frustrations (something must be going wrong in their life).
