Overall, I was satisfied with the Incourt administration. My only complaint is that when I moved, a garbage collection tax bill was unpaid. You sent registered letters, which seems like a medieval method to me... the postman comes when you're at work, then you have to go pick it up at the Bpost office during office hours, so you never go, and it ends up with the bailiff. The initial bill was €94, and now I owe €390. If you had simply called me or sent an email, like most creditors do in 2025, I would have paid immediately. It would have saved everyone time and money; the only winner here is the bailiff...

Compared to other towns where we've lived, the people in Incourt are friendly, empathetic, and very efficient. We were impressed!
