Wow, they're so patient! The street is blocked (no problem, they're working, and so am I), the street isn't very busy, I wait, 10 shovelfuls later and I'm still waiting, I honk my horn once, and they tell me to wait, I film it, I reverse (after all this time, no cars behind me) to get a shot of the truck and the whole construction site (no "road closed" sign, no detour), I move forward again, and instead of the operator moving the machine so I can pass, no, he gets out of the machine to argue, furious (I even got a promise to break my phone), when he'd barely finished shoveling and moved instead of making me wait a few minutes. Ah, the municipal workers. Almost all of them are very friendly.

Overall, the municipal services are great, and everyone is generally friendly. From an efficiency standpoint, everything seems to be running smoothly.
