Friendly staff. A two-hour wait to update my ID card on a Wednesday morning (I arrived at 9:40 am) is a bit long, I think, especially when you're parked nearby with a two-hour maximum. Appointments are smoother, but the available time slots are often more than two weeks in advance and not always convenient without taking half a day off work. Furthermore, I understand the city's political history, but so much red in a room is an extremely stressful environment. I hope the staff cope with it better than I do.

Saturday morning, the administration office is open from 9:30 to 11:00. I went there to get my ID card and present my appointment letter. I was greeted by a very unfriendly woman who informed us that only people with appointments would be seen. I checked my appointment letter, and there was no mention of this. I then checked the website, and still no information about it. More than this lack of communication and clarity regarding the hours, it was the way this woman spoke to us while we waited that was truly appalling. No greeting, no respect. Deplorable...
