  The welcome is always very warm and friendly. I went to the population services office today just to congratulate and give a box of chocolates to the gentleman who is retiring and who helped me a lot in the past... 😊 I went there last Thursday to get a proof of life certificate, and the lady who helped me was also very kind. It's truly a lovely town hall where you're served quickly and with a smile!
