  I arrived without an appointment, 15 minutes before the computer access closed, and was greeted with kindness, a smile, and courtesy. I left 10 minutes later with the document I needed. What more could I ask for? I'm extremely happy, and thank you again to the two people who helped me.

  I'm saddened that the food we give our children is nothing but "glitter" in our eyes! With labels that mean very little when you see the state of their plates!! Poor children who have no choice but to eat what their parents don't see and certainly wouldn't want to put in their mouths!!! 🤢🤮🤑

  I came to this office because in certain neighborhoods of Grâce-Hollogne, drivers are speeding recklessly. Everyone knows that traffic laws are frequently broken here, but the police have no control over the situation. I requested a meeting with the mayor, but his secretary refused. The mayor simply doesn't care about the problems of ordinary citizens.
