The town hall seems to close on certain days whenever it feels like it. The receptionist doesn't answer the phone (I waited 30 minutes, in vain) when I needed to bring a person with reduced mobility. After making the trip anyway, they found the door locked on a Monday at 10:00 AM with a notice saying "exceptionally closed." The next day, the same person (still severely physically disabled, using a walker, etc.) was forced to wait in line for 30 people, without anyone from the town hall intervening to give them priority... So much for the concept of PUBLIC SERVICE (LOL).

The website says they're open until 3 PM. I arrived at 2:45 PM only to find they'd closed the till. I find that unacceptable.
