Unreachable! I tried for 10 consecutive days, and on the 11th day I finally got through to a rude person who told me: "We're not going to answer if we have other people on the line."... Something's not right here...

This is the second week I've come to the town hall to sort out my situation, and there's no one in the foreigners' services, they're never there during the afternoon hours, so why 1:30 PM - 4:00 PM if they're not there, I've wasted 2 hours of work for nothing.

The staff is incompetent. The two people who dealt with me told me I had to deregister my residence permit for travel abroad now. But it's the day before my departure! Thanks to the Charleroi municipality for telling me it was the day before. I almost lost my benefits because of incompetent staff. Their training needs to be reviewed. Unacceptable.

Before going in, I advise you to bring water with you, either to wake up the bald old lady or to spray her so she doesn't stink. I've seen sloths with more enthusiasm and emos with a greater will to live than this bespectacled whale. This "lady," or rather, this thing, is usually in the middle, and it's best to avoid her just as she avoids work. The poor thing must live a miserable life, and judging by her appearance, I understand why. P.S. I recommend installing cameras, because they often make fun of people waiting outside 😉

"Population Services"—you can put their service wherever you like. Some of the "workers" there are just unbearable, and yes, I do mean "workers" because, given the hours, it's more like unemployment. The purpose of a Population Services department is supposed to be open to the public, I suppose. Sorry to all the early birds who get up and come home late, you'll never get into this place. The only days they make any effort are Monday and Wednesday. On Saturdays, it's only open for two hours out of four, and ONLY for Population Services. So, if you're a student like me, your parents work quite late, and you need a temporary permit, forget it. You all have to take vacation days, and this lousy department isn't going to help you with that. PS: Drink some Red Bull; it'll give you more energy considering how slowly you're doing your tasks.
