The real Fexhe-le-haut-clocher I knew is no more! Today, it boils down to... threats, intimidation, and harassment. We live in a world of jealousy and sadness about certain behaviors. In this case, one star for satisfaction is still too many, compared to the five I would have given previously. In short, it was better before ;)

ATTENTION administration malhonnête. A éviter pour toute exécution de marché public. Ne paye pas les bureaux d'études.
