I am very disappointed with the administrative service. It has now been two weeks since I last received my license, and each time I am given vague or contradictory information. I am repeatedly postponed. This lack of organization and professionalism is unacceptable, especially for such an important document. Better communication and a minimum of rigor would be more than welcome.

No one is answering my calls and it's driving me crazy.

This town is truly awful. I was turned away from the office for a passport I just needed to pick up, but no, I need an appointment. Every time I try to ring the bell (and I've easily rung it four times this week), no one answers, and then they tell me I need an appointment. Please review your procedures, because we have better things to do than travel, gas, and waste time. I'm very disappointed, frankly. I hope things improve someday.
