Very good staff. I got an issue with my id card activation. It took me a few trial with the staff, but we managed to do it and they were super kind!

Superb, beautiful design.. I just go there to register my address and renew my ID card from time to time... People working there are amazing, helpful and kind...

The best commune in Brussels. Everything is modern, people speak English, everything has its order, everything is digitalized, you have a photo booth for all the people registering without a photo, I never waited there more that 10 mins, got the ID scanner machine for free when registered. Honestly just move there for the experience.

Coming from the city centre commune (1000 ZIP code), I was expecting to get the same terrible and rude service. However, every time I received assistance from the Etterbeek commune (for my registration, to active ItsMe and for voting, to name a few) it was a positive surprise. My French is too basic but that was never a problem because the employees always did their best to help me in English or Spanish. They are very kind and helpful and I always felt welcome. This is the public services that we all deserve and the best example that doing better is possible!

Poorly managed and rude. Towed my car without warning for a booking that occured after I parked. Lied to say the car would only be moved a short way. Instead it was towed to the other side of the commune. Gave no notice of where the car was.
