In person, we are always well received. However, on the phone, we are spoken to in a rude and aggressive manner when we ask for information. Our application for legal cohabitation has been pending for over two months. My partner and I are constantly put on hold, either because a colleague is absent, or because of elections, or because of vacations… there’s always an excuse. If I don’t call for updates on my applications, I might get a call back someday, or in ten years. I have never had such an experience, and I regret having to post this review. I hope things will improve. Update: After speaking with the manager, we finally received an update and were able to schedule an appointment. Thank you to her for responding to us.

It's absurd to have to make an appointment for administrative procedures... Otherwise, the reception was adequate overall.
