  I greatly appreciated the very warm welcome and excellent practices of the Human Resources Management department of the municipality of Esneux in the way they provided flawless and timely service to citizens.

  My partner moved in on April 1st and still no word from the town hall about the garbage collection! He's had to hand in the garbage collection paperwork three times and the town hall isn't doing anything; it's just shameful. Intrabel can't do anything because my partner doesn't have a file with them yet. It's the same story as with his driver's license; he had to wait a month before getting it. I've never seen such a slow service with such incompetent people.

  Terrible service. My application was refused because I needed a photo for my driver's license, even though the photo on my ID card is only four years old. The refusal was clearly unjustified and based on the person's mood. Just check the government website for the reasons behind the various refusals. I think this might not be within the purview of the municipal staff, who are paid by my taxes. Sincerely.
