  The tax department is completely unreachable by phone and doesn't respond to any emails. We receive a reminder for a 2-year-old tax and are asked to check if it's correct given that based on a bank statement we think we paid it. About 20 phone calls without a response. 3 or 4 emails without a response. And copying the head of the finance department, the alderman for finance, the general manager, and nothing changes. Nobody cares. Which obviously leaves a bitter taste and a very poor image of the municipal service in this municipality.

  Very pleased with the staff of the population services department, very friendly, and I greatly appreciate the immense work done by Véronique Sgallari, an exemplary woman who never stops, she helps everyone, she participates in everything, truly exceptional, an irreplaceable woman in the community
