I recently moved and I must say I was very pleasantly surprised by the friendliness and empathy of the staff I encountered regarding my change of address, land registry information, garbage collection, etc. Everyone was extremely charming and very helpful: what a pleasure! Well done!

Absolutely terrible service. I'm forced to give it one star, but it deserves zero. When you get to the maintenance department and then reception, they tell you they'll put you through to the manager, but it just rings and rings; you won't get any answer. If you try again several times, you won't even reach reception anymore; you'll just keep going back to the menu. It's absurd and ridiculous, and to think the people of Dison pay taxes for this kind of service!

These mandatory appointments are just a waste of time. Even when they answer, they transfer you without even letting you finish your sentence. Then they hang up on you. Just walk out the door if you don't know how to handle appointments.

No email reply, phone calls that never answer, or if they do answer... they get lost in the maze of call transfers that end with "your party is not available, please call back later" and then they hang up... 3 times in a row... I've been trying to get this damn appointment for a week now!!!!
