Absolutely appalling! She dares to make comments when it's the woman who's in the wrong! I've never seen a municipality so inactive, useless, and disrespectful!

I'm getting a reminder for mail I've already paid for. It's been three years since I left the municipality and settled all the paperwork... This is getting ridiculous. And this ridiculously short time slot... Not great at all.

The service depends on the person you speak to in person or on the phone. I had an unpleasant person on the phone, whose manner of speaking could be described as rude, but in person, the staff were very pleasant and professional.

Open too late in the morning, closed too early at noon, closed in the afternoon (except on Wednesdays, but then it opens at 1 p.m., after pretty much everyone's lunch break), closed on weekends... in short. It's not easy to get there during the short opening hours. And when you take a day off on December 26th to get everything done, you find yourself facing a closed door (yes, Wednesday, December 26th is a public holiday in Court-Saint-Étienne, and the same goes for the recycling center. Convenient when your trunk is overflowing the day after the holidays).
