That's good, there's someone who can give you information if it's something you don't know, of course.

I was tricked twice here, which is why I'm still without a driver's license. First, they refused to replace it because my old license was still valid, and then they refused it again because it had expired. Shame on your system.

Unpleasant staff... A woman with bulging eyes who couldn't even walk 10 meters and get up from her chair to help an elderly person in need at the photo booth... she preferred to yell at them from 10 meters away like a child... I had to help this person myself... for a public service, I wonder if they are truly serving the residents.

I have been experiencing a serious administrative problem with the Châtelet municipality for almost a month, receiving contradictory information and no concrete solution. I have been subjected to unacceptable telephone harassment, including threats to include me in the household composition of someone I don't live with. I should mention that I have breast cancer, recently underwent surgery, and am now psychologically exhausted. If anyone can put me in touch with a manager, I would be very grateful.

This municipality is undoubtedly the worst in Belgium! Having an up-to-date website would be a good start; hire competent staff who don't spend 30 minutes per customer on simple paperwork. Unpleasant reception, dirty municipality, and the list goes on.
