If you're waiting for a permit, call yourself to see if it's been processed, as the service doesn't seem very efficient. The employee on the phone said it was her colleague, and the employee who submitted the application wasn't aware of it. No apology or discomfort; it's probably the customer who has to adapt, as always. And then people criticize the administration...typical when the experience isn't positive.

So today's Fête de la Musique (Music Festival) and it's great, but it's not bad at all on a normal day. No endless queues and a historic setting. At least I know my local taxes are being put to good use 😜.

Beautiful building, very peaceful location. You can have a nice picnic on the football field in front of the town hall.
