  We've had a very positive experience here. Before moving here from Germany, everyone was friendly and helpful with all our questions, whether by email or phone. When we registered, we were greeted by a super friendly employee who explained everything to us, and we left satisfied. Now the police have come to verify that we actually live here, and on Tuesday we're going for the official registration. I expect we'll be greeted and served warmly again at that appointment. I must say, it's a very friendly office; Germany could learn a thing or two from them.
