I admit that when you have to go to your town hall, it's always for administrative tasks that aren't exactly pleasant... Fortunately, the reception staff are always friendly and smiling. Most of the people who serve you at the counters are also very pleasant, which makes these administrative obligations more bearable. Remember to go to the counter indicated by the receptionist and remain courteous; it makes these obligations more pleasant for everyone 😉 Good luck! 😅

I recently went to the town hall to pick up a card. It was quite crowded, and since there was no ticket system, the receptionist was managing the order of people in line. Unfortunately, she forgot about me and let a few people who arrived after me go ahead. When I pointed it out, she apologized, and I understand that it's not easy to manage when there are a lot of people. But I had already waited a long time, and it was frustrating. I think installing a ticket machine would prevent this kind of problem and make the wait fairer for everyone.

A huge congratulations to the town hall teams! I didn't realize I needed to make an appointment on Saturday, and they handled it brilliantly. Thank you for your excellent service.

The staff at the town hall are very competent and very kind. They always give good advice. The problem is access to the town hall. With the construction work, it's quite complicated. But it has to be done.
